Job Description

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the entire construction process from start to completion, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, site teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
