Qualifications:

1) 5-10+ years of experience with Construction Management of large-scale projects

2) Any experience in data center, critical facility, or mission critical environments

3) Experience overseeing General Contractor & external vendors

4) Proficiency in project documentation, quality assurance, and progress reporting

5) Strong skills in cost tracking, scheduling, and problem-solving
