Job Description
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure specifications are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including resource allocation and project scheduling.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in construction management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
