**Construction Manager (Data Centres)**
**Company Overview**
Listed Malaysian Main Contractor with over 35 years of establishment
Proven track record in delivering industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects
Currently undertaking a new data centre project for a global client
**Responsibilities**
Manage overall site construction activities for data centre projects
Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, including subcontractors and vendors
Monitor project progress, safety standards, quality control, and budget adherence
Lead site teams to ensure achievement of project milestones
**Requirements**
Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects
Strong leadership abilities and site coordination skills
