Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Construction Manager based within the Thames Water Region and working from the Hampton/Ashford location, this is a full time site based role. 


You will report directly to the Operations Manager and your role will include managing Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability with responsibility for managing compliance for all delivered construction work. Managing your local construction delivery team to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables 


Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead and manage site construction teams within designated portfolios to deliver projects within approved budget and to an agreed time frame; facilitate project construction kick off meeting and lead health checks
