Construction Manager - Electrical

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
Monitor project progress against programme and budget
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Construction Regulations
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments
Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
Manage procurement and material delivery schedules
Review and approve method statements and technical submissions
Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings
Identify and resolve construction and technical issues proactively
Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover requirements are completed
