This role is responsible for managing engineering coordination, construction planning, tendering, contractor oversight, municipal approvals, site inspections, cost control, and warranty management. It requires close collaboration with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on construction experience in land development infrastructure, strong contract management skills, and a deep understanding of municipal standards and approval processes.
