MEP Construction Manager

Job Summary: The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Resolve site coordination issues between MEP and civil/architectural works.
