About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our in-house construction team. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, work schedules, QAQC, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage in-house site teams, consultants, and trade contractors to achieve project objectives.
Oversee daily site operations covering civil, structural, and architectural works.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to the approved project budget.
