About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to join our
in-house construction team
. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, work schedules, QAQC, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage in-house site teams, consultants, and trade contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee daily site operations covering civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to the approved project budget.
• Coordinate closely with consultants and contractors to resolve design, technical, and site-related issues.
