1. Report deviations to the Project Manager, including schedule discrepancies, design variations, environmental issues, and technical non-conformities.
2.Propose corrective actions and draft responses to contractual deviations, working collaboratively with sub-contractors.
3.Provide daily progress reports, including activity rates and work completion forecasts.
4. Conduct follow-up meetings to establish and maintain required construction standards.
5.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and address any issues that impact project safety and quality.
6. Perform pre-construction site visits, providing feedback on constructability, accessibility, and grid connectivity.
