Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Management Professional Associate to work in Cary, NC and various unanticipated worksites in the US.
In this role, you will:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), cleanroom protocols, and other life sciences-specific standards. Conduct daily site walks to assess progress, identify risks, and ensure quality control. Interface with clients, design teams, and consultants to align construction activities with project goals and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily field reports, punch lists, and change orders. Support the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
