The Construction Logistical Specialist is responsible for maintaining the CALM processes and work flows to ensure that communication is maintained to all project teams and stakeholders with accurate and timely data as it pertains to each activity. The Construction Logistical Specialist will work with the CALM Team and will be responsible for preparing and distributing materials relating to workshops and meetings, activities and project
coordination. This effort includes tracking requests from beginning to end, meeting minutes, coordinating meetings and streamlining processes.

+ Receive and process new, revised, and updated forms for signatures
+ Distribute completed forms to Internal and External contacts
+ Maintain and update agendas with new/revised information such as dates and permits, including expired permit dates
