Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

We’re working with a well-regarded middle market firm seeking a junior litigation associate to join its Connecticut-based team. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to take on meaningful work and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support a broad range of complex litigation matters from early stages through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other key filings
• Conduct legal research and assist with discovery and case strategy
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on active matters
• 1800 billable hour requirement

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience
• Exposure to construction-related matters is helpful but not required
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
