We need experienced supervisors who will meet the following performance expectations:

• Provide leadership so that Dumas crews achieve or exceed all safety/production targets.
• Maintain clear communication with workers, management and client.
• Ensure all daily reporting is complete
• Work in close conjunction with management and other departments
