Take on a crucial role as a Construction Lead Hand in our Toronto-based company. Supervise site projects, coordinate trades, and ensure safety across diverse job locations.
We are actively seeking two experienced Lead Hands to help manage our growing portfolio of projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara Region, Ottawa, Muskoka, and Parry Sound. You will oversee site operations and maintain schedules, ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. Strong communication and leadership skills coupled with a solid knowledge of construction tools and practices are necessary. A valid driver's license is preferred for site travel.
