Job Description:

We seek an experienced and motivated Landscape Leading Hand to join our client's team in Warriewood, NSW. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of landscape projects within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will manage job sites across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Greater Sydney regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site manager in supervising all on-site landscape activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.
- Working on high-end residential projects - Landscape construction, paving, concreting, building retaining walls, turfing, etc
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
