**Job Description**
This Skilled Laborer role supports construction operations by working alongside internal crews to load and unload materials, mix concrete, and assist with site preparation and general labor tasks at various job sites. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution both in the shop and out in the field.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work alongside internal employees to load and unload construction materials at various job sites.
+ Mix mud (concrete) according to specifications and assist in preparing for concrete pours.
+ Support concrete placement by helping set up forms, tools, and equipment as directed.
+ Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material staging, and debris removal.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support construction activities.
