**Job Description**
This role involves supporting a variety of construction projects in the Richmond area, with a strong focus on window-related work, concrete repair, and general construction tasks. You will perform hands-on duties such as caulking, cutting and installing windows, and completing concrete repairs, often working at heights and in outdoor conditions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform window caulking to ensure proper sealing, weatherproofing, and durability.
+ Cut, fit, and install windows according to project specifications and safety standards.
