**Job Description**
The Yard Technician position is a multi-functional, entry-level role designed to provide exposure to the processes and trades involved in managing mobile trailers. This role involves moving materials around the yard and within the shop, staging materials, loading and unloading trucks, building and installing furniture, and moving equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Move materials and equipment around the storage yard.
+ Stage materials for various projects.
+ Load and unload trucks efficiently.
+ Build and install furniture as needed.
+ Work in various weather conditions to ensure tasks are completed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor and construction.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Mechanical aptitude with a focus on carpentry skills.
+ Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
