This role supports a large, high-profile construction project involving heavy industrial machinery at a major manufacturing facility. As a construction laborer on the morning shift, you will perform highly physical, hands-on work that includes rigging, anchoring, and general construction tasks to safely move, install, and secure equipment on a busy job site.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with rigging operations by setting up and testing rigging lines, pulleys, hoists, and pulling gear to support the safe movement of heavy equipment.
+ Support anchoring activities by helping align, level, and anchor heavy industrial machinery with precision.
