Job Summary
Involves monitoring construction, operations, maintenance, and/or repair activities to ensure conformance with MSFC standards, including construction and performance specifications, code requirements, and contract construction drawings.
Duties/Responsibilities
Provide inspection and surveillance of construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure the work is in accordance with the contract.
Monitor submittals utilizing a submittal status log.
Review and comment on the accuracy of the construction contractor’s requests for payment.
