Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct daily briefings and pre-task planning. Assign daily tasks, provide on-the-job training, and resolve work-related problems. Create daily schedules, allocate labor and equipment, and manage material delivery. Manage equipment maintenance, order materials and monitor expenditures to stay within budget. Resolve technical issues, and oversee the correct implementation of construction methods. Maintain site cleanliness and proper disposal of debris. Requirements: At least 3+ years of working experience in related field. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience. Pro-active and good working attitude. Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise. Able to work irregular hours should the need arise.
