Construction Foreman

Role Overview

As our Foreman , you are the boots on the ground leader responsible for the daily execution of construction activities. You will bridge the gap between management’s plans and the field crew's performance. Your primary goal is to maintain a high pace of work while ensuring that every beam, wire, or pipe is installed exactly as specified—all while maintaining a zero-accident environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Direct and coordinate the daily activities of laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the team’s manual work.

• Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to PPE requirements and site safety protocols; conduct daily toolbox safety meetings.
