The candidate should have 3 years to less than 5 years working experience in construction estimating and executing project worth $ 500,001 - $1,500,000. The candidate should also be well versed with Spreadsheets ; Databases; Take-off packages; Scheduling packages.

Added advantage will be given to the candidates who have knowledge in preparing estimates of labour and material costs and master format estimates (Class : A) as well as organizing and retaining a directory of suppliers and contractors, creating estimates for general expenses and overheads, estimating pre-contract costs, applying quantity-take practices, exploring tenders and...
