Construction Estimator

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with vendors, and preparing precise project quotations. This is a full-time, in-office position based on a 40-hour work week. You will report directly to the Estimating Team Leader.

• Technical Analysis: Read and interpret tender drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Take-offs & Spreadsheets: Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive estimate spreadsheets.
• Communication: Call and email contractors, clients, and vendors to gather information and build relationships.
• Documentation: Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs), job folders, and formal quotations using Word and Adobe.
