Construction Estimator

Riverside County 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for cold storage and thermal construction projects, including freezers, coolers, insulated metal panels, and associated systems. This position partners with the Project Management and Field Operations teams to evaluate project scope, analyze drawings and specifications, secure subcontractor/vendor pricing, and ensure competitive, profitable bids. This role reports to the Construction Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Reviews project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope of work and material/labor requirements
