As the newest Estimator in our Penticton, BC or Kelowna, BC location, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing a bid from beginning to end—creating a scope definition, reviewing the estimate, and maintaining documentation control—ensuring that every detail of project pricing is carefully considered and included. Your ability to think on your feet and remain flexible while meeting tight deadlines will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pre-Bidding Activities: Seek out new projects to bid on, analyze and post tenders to our tracking system, and provide feedback on the suitability of each project.
• Site Investigations: Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings to clarify project expectations, highlight potential issues, and ensure the team is well-prepared.
