Builderduty Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with strong proficiency in AI-assisted takeoffs and Procore-based estimating workflows.
We specialize in:
07200 – Insulation
09250 – Drywall & Framing
09510 – Acoustic Ceiling
09900 – Painting
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with:
Togal.AI
Procore Estimating Module
Commercial drawing analysis and scope gap identification
Producing 5+ estimates per day (varies by size)
This is an in-office role based in Millbrae, CA. We are open to full-time or structured part-time arrangements for highly efficient candidates.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of building repeatable estimating systems to support multiple active bid opportunities.
