Construction Estimator

As a Construction Estimator, you are responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects. You will review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope, quantify materials and labour, and establish pricing strategies. You will support the project team by providing timely and precise estimates that enable competitive bidding, effective project planning, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for multiple construction scopes (civil, structural, architectural, and finishes).
• Quantify all aspects of project documents, including drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.
