Construction Estimator

Excellent Pavage is currently seeking a methodical and organized Estimator specialized in civil engineering and paving to join our growing team.
Main Responsibilities:

Analyze Tenders: Study and analyze various public (SEAO) and private sector calls for tenders.

Plan & Spec Review: Perform detailed readings of project plans and technical specifications.

Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.

Quantity Take-offs: Calculate the materials, labor, and resources required for project completion.

Procurement: Obtain and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs throughout the execution phase to ensure budget compliance.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry (civil engineering or paving preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and PlanSwift (or similar take-off software).
