Construction Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in New York City and New York State public‑sector construction bidding. This role is designed for an estimator who already understands the fundamentals of public construction estimating and is looking to further develop under an established estimating methodology.

The successful candidate will work on complete estimating lifecycle from evaluating bid opportunities and performing quantity takeoffs to preparing competitive bid packages and supporting final bid submissions. This individual will play a key role in identifying qualified bidding opportunities, developing accurate cost estimates, and maintaining a reliable subcontractor and vendor pricing database.
