As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator with a background in home building to join our team and play a key role in the success of our projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum1+ year of experiencein home building companies
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings to assess project scope, complexity, and build requirements
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential garage and garden suite projects
• Track and manage all estimate documentation, including revisions and cost breakdowns
