Essential Skills
+ 3+ years in Construction Inspection/Observation or as a Civil Engineering Technician.
+ Experience with reviewing construction plans and documentation for infrastructure construction projects.
+ Previous experience in fieldwork for construction engineering or civil engineering projects.
+ Valid Driver's License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree from an ABET-accredited college preferred but not required
+ Direct experience as a Construction Inspector/Observer, Construction Engineer, or Civil Engineering Technician (or related position).
+ Experience with projects related to wastewater treatment or water systems.
