Timmons Group is currently seeking a Construction Engineer to join our Infrastructure Transportation Group located in our Richmond, VA office location.

A Construction Engineer oversees the construction phase of the project from a contract administration perspective once our design teams complete their approval process. The projects may involve sensitive political or environmental concerns, project coordination with property owners, dry utility companies, and local county and state agencies. The Construction Engineer works for the Timmons Group Project Manager as the project transitions from approval to bidding and through construction. The Construction Engineer manages all necessary documents associated with each project. The documents will include, but not be limited to: Bidding Documents, Payment Requisition Recommendations, Requests for Information (RFI’s), Change Orders (CO), Potential Change Orders (PCO’s), Submitta...
