Wilderness North is seeking an experienced Construction Crew Lead to help build and maintain the infrastructure that supports our aviation, tourism and development businesses across Northern Ontario.

Based in Armstrong, this is a year‑round position that offers the opportunity to lead a small crew while working on a wide variety of meaningful projects. Rather than moving from one contract to the next, you’ll become part of our internal Build Team, creating and improving the facilities that support the long‑term growth of the Wilderness North Group of Companies.

For the right individual, a lakeside company residence is available as part of the overall compensation package.
