Qualification: B.E / B. Tech – Any Engineering, Preferably Mechanical or Civil

Work Experience: 8-12 years

Job Purpose

Develop detailed cost estimate for the assigned specific discipline and maintaining an internal cost database updated with market prices and trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Cost Estimator and the Proposal Manager in the bid cost definition
  • Participate to supply chain and commercial strategy definition and identify the critical site activities to be estimated on subcontractor quotations basis for the correct definition of the construction strategy for the proposal
  • Liaise with the Construction Department to analyze Bill of Quantities (BoQs).For disciplines to be estimated on subcontractor quotation basis, verify subcontractor' offer, prepare the commercial bid evaluation based on Technical evaluation done by Construction Dep...
