Construction / Carpentry Labourer

Job Description

R.K. Porter General Contracting Inc. is seeking General Construction Labourers for permanent full time positions to start immediately. Candidates will ideally have experience in Residential and/or Commercial Building Construction, be self-motivated, organized and able to work effectively with a team. Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and use construction drawings, Building specifications/codes and construction laws in Ontario.

• Knowledge of the health and safety requirements.

• Appropriate training certificates (i.e.: WHMIS, Working at Heights etc.) Training will be provided also.

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to get to / from work

• Standard PPE, work boots, hard hat, safety glasses required.

• Ability to work in Canada
