Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman to oversee and execute marine and structural construction projects including residential and commercial structures, bulkheads, docks, and waterfront structures. Position Overview The Lead Carpenter / Foreman is responsible for: Leading and managing a field crew Maintaining job site safety and productivity Interpreting plans and executing projects accurately Operating heavy equipment Ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standard You will be expected to take ownership of your projects and crew performance.
