Your Role
As a Construction Business Development , you are responsible for:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across civil construction projects (e.g. earthworks, infrastructure, subdivisions, roadworks, utilities)
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market presence and revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project pipelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, councils, consultants, and head contractors
- Act as a key point of contact for new and existing clients
