Job Description

  • Produce and update BIM models, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).
  • Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution among project teams.
  • Manage and maintain project models and drawing documentation.
  • Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/ Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as BIM Coordinator (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
