Location
Align IPT – Maple Cross, Rickmansworth (This is a heavily site‑based role; you must be able to travel to the site.)
Compensation
Base salary: £50,119–£58,963 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Flexible benefits fund of 20% paid on top of base salary and is fully pensionable.
About the role
The Construction Assurance Manager (CAM) will support the Senior Construction Assurance Manager in providing specialist constructability support to the HS2 NEC3 Project Manager, ensuring risk‑based constructability assurance, health & safety standards, and project delivery outcomes for quality, environmental impact, undertakings, and assurance obligations. The post holder works closely with project managers, QHSSE Compliance Manager, stakeholder and interface managers, and the integrated project team.
