ABOUT THE ROLE:The purpose of this position is to manage the store construction, and maintenance process for 30+ retail stores in Europe. Direct the store construction process and manage store maintenance for future European stores.WHAT YOU’LL DO:STORE CONSTRUCTION FUNCTIONSFully liaise with the corporate design/construction department for consistent store implementation throughout Europe.Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for accuracy and completeness.Periodic site visits to new stores under development/construction or maintenance issues.Manage the construction process including vendor purchase orders and management.Establish construction budgetsGenerate construction timelines and schedulesCoordinate bids, qualify new contractors and contract reviewPlan, review, and value engineer construction details when requestedReview and analyse bid proposals, contracts, invoices & change ordersEnsure construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule,...
