Job Description Job Description Building Electronic Controls (BEC) is hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Department in the construction process. You’ll be responsible for our headquarters administrative needs, assisting our Design Department, and responsible for gathering all project-related documents for a comprehensive closeout package. Key Responsibilities: Main point of contact for Operator Line and assisting visitors Respond to emails and manage correspondence with customers and internal team Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, restocking supplies, and updating office equipment Download updated data sheets for product data submittals and CSFM listings Compile Product Data Submittals Upload drawings to Fieldwire Scan drawings Print drawings utilizing plotter As-built coordination, scanning, and UPS shipments Compile O&M manuals and prepare warranties Who You Are Meticulous in compiling and handling organized and accurate project fil...
