Job Description

Job Purpose The Construction Admin is responsible for ensuring that all construction backend operations—including permits, payroll, documentation, and logistics—flow smoothly and without disruption. This role safeguards operational continuity by managing compliance requirements, coordinating manpower payroll, tracking procurement documentation, and maintaining accurate administrative records that support construction execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented, with strong coordination skills across finance, HR, and project teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
