Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

Scott Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Construction Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing commercial construction operations.

This position focuses primarily on construction-specific Accounts Payable - including subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, retainage tracking, and vendor compliance documentation. The ideal candidate understands the flow of construction payments and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and proactive communication.

You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and leadership to ensure payments are processed correctly, documentation is complete, and job cost records remain accurate across multiple active projects.
