Job Description
Responsibilities:
Administration and NAV calculation of Real Estate Investment Funds, including day-to-day accounting of the Luxembourg vehicles
Ensure compliance with processes in place
Review and validation of Luxembourg companies’ accounts
Ensure the technical correctness of consolidation reporting packages received from local accounting providers(financial controlling)
Perform consolidation under Lux GAAP, IFRS
Prepare quarterly reporting and annual consolidated accounts
Liaise with third parties (external auditors, banks, …)
Cash management
Manage and coach one to two accountants Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Ideally previous experience working for a Big4 or Real Estate Investment Company in Luxembourg
Solid knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP Fluency in English, German ...
