Description:
In the Security Command Center (SCC), the Console Operator operates and controls the electronic data collection equipment in the SCC by means of CPUs, monitors, alarms and control panels. The positions is under the direction of a higher level technical Security Supervisor. The Console Operator is responsible for satisfactory completion of each tour of duty.
Schedule:
2nd Shift 3:30PM - 12:00AM Monday to Friday
Essential Functions:
+ Produces employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards.
+ Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control.
+ Reports security violations and provides guidance to support staff to properly resolve issues.
+ Prepares incident reports and maintains security tracking logs, security documents and key records.
