To recruit, advise, onboard and support customers to access Britam Connect insurance solutions. The role focuses on widening financial protection access, building strong client relationships, generating referrals and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create awareness and market Britam Connect insurance solutions within your community
- Prospect, engage, and onboard customers digitally and physically
- Guide customers in understanding suitable insurance solutions based on their needs
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and premium payments
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and compliance
- Participate in training, reviews, and performance engagements
- Build and manage a strong referral network to grow business volumes
