We are seeking a Configuration & Technical Setup Specialist to join our dedicated Configuration Team. This role is crucial for delivering a flawless initial experience for our members by managing the technical groundwork and ensuring smooth system activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration Execution: Perform hands‑on configuration of the platform according to documented specifications and member requirements, ensuring all settings, permissions, and features are correctly implemented for launch.
• Onboarding (Launch) Operations for Our Members: Own critical operational steps for bringing new members live, including managing and executing necessary tasks such as member file uploads and full onboarding setup within the system.
